FAQ

Practical questions before starting

The important doubts are better solved before the project starts, not after.

What is outside the plan?

Copywriting, photo production, bulk product loading, ad campaigns and custom development. If something extra is needed, it is quoted first so the scope does not drift silently.

How does the project work?

It starts with a short conversation to organise the offer, the material and the goal. Then Artisan builds the structure, shows progress and writes down what is agreed before publishing, so nothing important stays vague.

Where do we communicate, and how fast do you reply?

The public entry point is the form. If the project moves forward, a working channel is defined and the important parts are kept in writing so the project stays ordered.

Can I ask for changes after launch?

Yes. Small content edits are part of monthly care. If a change affects structure, features or workload, it is quoted separately before work starts.

What do I need to send before you start?

Business name, services, prices when relevant, real photos and a valid contact channel. Without that material, the site gets delayed or feels generic, and the point is to avoid exactly that.

Who uploads the copy and photos?

Artisan delivers the site with the agreed material already in place. If you later want to update copy, prices, photos or opening hours, the panel covers that in the cases planned by the chosen tier.

What if I need something special later?

That is reviewed first to decide whether it belongs inside the current site or as an extra module. The idea is to grow in useful parts, without rebuilding the whole thing for every new need.

Can you work with my current system?

Yes, if that system offers a safe and reasonable way to connect. If it does not, that is said before selling an integration that cannot be maintained later.

What projects does Artisan not take on today?

Large ecommerce operations, native apps, large internal software and urgent paid ads campaigns. If another tool fits better, that is said before selling a site that would fall short.
