1. Who provides the service
Artisan Studio is a web design and development studio based in Santiago, Chile.
It serves small and medium businesses remotely.
Public contact happens through the form on this site. Billing details are provided in the proposal and the contract.
2. What it offers
This site publishes the studio's plans, optional services and reference prices in Chilean pesos.
Public information is indicative.
The price, scope and timeline that apply to each client are the ones in their proposal and contract.
A proposal is valid for 15 days from the date it is sent.
3. How hiring works
With a written proposal and a contract signed by both parties.
No work starts without a signed contract and the first payment received.
The contract describes scope, payments, timelines, ownership, maintenance and termination.
Where this page and the contract differ, the contract prevails.
4. Payments
The setup payment stages are set in the proposal and the contract. Monthly maintenance is paid in advance from the month the site goes live and covers what the contract lists.
If payment is late or suspended, the contract controls what happens. This page does not replace those clauses.
5. Ownership
The domain is registered in the client's name and tax ID from the start. Once setup is fully paid, the published site and its content become the client's property.
The base code, tools, reusable components, proprietary integrations and the studio's sample sites remain the property of Artisan Studio.
The client receives the uses and licences described in the contract.
Materials published on this site may not be copied, resold or reused as commercial base material without written authorisation.
6. Sample sites
The studio's sample sites are fictitious businesses built as internal references. They are not clients and are never presented as such. Their design, code and copy belong to the studio. They may not be copied, in whole or in part, or used as the basis for another site.
7. Use of this site
This site may be browsed and shared freely to understand the studio's offer.
Bulk extraction of content, copying of design or code, and any use that interferes with its operation or the contact form are not permitted.
8. Changes and governing law
This page may change and the version in force is the one published here.
The date of the last revision appears at the top.
Chilean law applies. Everything else is set by each client's contract.
