What data is collected, and what is not

1. Controller

Artisan Studio, Santiago, Chile. For any request about your data, use the contact form.

2. What is collected

Contact form: your email, what you need, your message, the business name if you type it, the page language and the time of sending.

That is used to reply to you and prepare a proposal or diagnosis.

Site usage: how often each section is opened and each button is pressed is counted.

That measurement is aggregated by day and is not designed to identify anyone.

3. Cookies

This site does not set advertising, profiling or third-party analytics cookies.

If a technical cookie is added in the future for a specific function, this page will be updated before it is used.

4. Why

To reply to you, prepare the diagnosis and the proposal, and fulfil the contract if one is signed.

There is no mailing list, no advertising is sent, and no data is sold or handed to third parties.

5. How long

Form messages are kept for 90 days and then deleted.

Contract and payment records are kept for as long as Chilean tax law requires.

Usage counts are anonymous and kept for up to 400 days.

If a client project uses a panel, portal, catalogue or tickets, that operational data may be kept while the service is active and through the administrative closeout that follows.

6. Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores part of the operation and first-party measurement.

Supabase may store clients, leads, catalogue data, tickets, assets and panel or portal access.

Resend sends the notification email to the studio.

Each acts on the studio's behalf to provide the service.

There are no ad networks and no third-party analytics.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time under Chilean Law 19.628 on the Protection of Private Life. Use the form and you will receive a written reply.

8. Security

The whole site is served over HTTPS with a strict content security policy and no third-party code. Form data travels encrypted and is stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure.

9. Client sites

Data that a client business collects on its own site (bookings, orders, quotes) belongs to that business. The studio processes it on the client's behalf under the data processing annex that forms part of every contract.
